Communications & Content Manager

Immunotec has offices in Canada, United States, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Ireland and Spain.
The DACH COMMUNICATION & CONTENT MANAGER is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy across multiple channels. Work closely with other areas of marketing, commercial, and other teams to ensure that all communications are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience. This role requires a deep understanding of digital content trends, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive engagement, traffic, and conversion through compelling storytelling.
Essential Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives for the DACH Region
- Create and manage high-quality content for a variety of channels, including the website, blog, social media, email, WhatsApp and print
- Develop and manage media relations campaigns
- Write and edit all types of communication materials (communication campaigns, promotions, press releases, speeches, and other communications materials)
- Track and measure the results of communications campaigns
- Identify different audiences/buyer personas and channels to ensure segmented communications
- Manage communications initiatives per region/cluster
- Manage translating processes into multiple languages and improve the process for all regions
- Provide support in communications requests from the company’s areas
- Measure and report performance of the company’s comms media (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Academic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, journalism, or a related field
Experience, compentencies and aptitudes
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on content creation and strategy
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications campaigns
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience with content management systems (CMS such as Hubspot) and social media platforms
- Basic experience with design software (Adobe, Canva or similar)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Language proficiency: Dutch and English (Bilingual)
- Location: DACH region
Accountability:
- Create the strategy and development of campaigns.
- Work professionally with various groups and clients.
- Generate strategy focused on the creation and distribution of relevant content through different media.
- Responsible for communication with clients through different communication channels
- Be the head of corporate copyright for clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Create the communication strategy of the main products to the complete campaign communication.
- Development of campaigns in Marketing automation tools
- Monitoring of events in DACH region
