DAS UNTERNEHMEN

Unser Kunde Sunvest ist der führende niederländische Projektentwickler von naturinklusiven Solarparks im Benelux-Raum. In den "naturinklusiven Solarparks" von Sunvest werden der Bedarf an erneuerbarer Energie und die Verbesserung der lokalen Biodiversität integriert. Der Ansatz von Sunvest zeichnet sich zudem durch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Interessengruppen und eine Teilhabe der lokalen Gemeinschaft aus. Mit diesem Ansatz war Sunvest im Benelux-Raum sehr erfolgreich und möchte nun diesen Erfolg auch in Deutschland fortsetzen. Zur Verstärkung des Teams von Sunvest suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Business Development Manager Solar Parks - Germany". In dieser Rolle sind Sie die Schlüsselfigur für das Wachstum von Sunvest in Deutschland, unterstützt durch die Backoffices in den Niederlanden.


DIE AUFGABE

  • Auswahl von Flächen mit Solaranlagenpotenzial treffen in Zusammenarbeit mit Sunvests erfahrenem englischsprachigen Standort-Scout
  • Kontaktaufnahme mit Grundstückseigentümern und Überzeugung, ihre Flächen bereitzustellen
  • Abschluss von Verträgen mit Grundstückseigentümern zur Pacht oder zum Kauf ihrer Flächen
  • Aufbau von Kontakten zu lokalen Behörden, um Unterstützung für Solarprojekte auf den vertraglich gesicherten Flächen zu gewinnen
  • Einreichen von (ersten) Genehmigungsanträgen für die Solarparks bei lokalen und provinziellen Behörden
  • Etablierung der Marke Sunvest in Deutschland als das Unternehmen für naturinklusive Solarparks


IHR PROFIL

  • Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre erfolgreiche relevante Vertriebserfahrung
  • Affinität zum Agrarsektor und zu nachhaltiger Energie
  • Netzwerk mit lokalen Regierungen
  • Erfahrung mit behördlichen Verfahren zur Erlangung von Genehmigungen
  • Viele Ideen zur Förderung und Vermarktung des Geschäfts
  • Universitärer Arbeits- und Denkansatz
  • Affinität zu Verträgen und Finanzmodellen
  • Wohnhaft in der Nähe von Berlin
