Der Bereich „Real Estate Investment Management“ (REIM) bietet institutionellen Investoren attraktive und innovative Immobilien-Investmentlösungen an, die auf individuelle Anforderungen und Anlagerichtlinien abgestimmt sind. Kern des Anlage-Universums bilden hierbei insbesondere die Assetklassen Retail, Healthcare, ESG und Digitale Infrastruktur.


Ihr Verantwortungsspektrum

  • Begleitung von nationalen und internationalen Kunden/Unternehmen/Investoren im Rahmen anspruchsvoller Projekte im Bereich Digitale Infrastrukturen in Deutschland (Datacenter, Datennetze, etc.)
  • Weiterer Aufbau des dynamisch wachsenden Segmentes Digitale Infrastruktur gemeinsam mit einem technisch-orientierten Co-Head
  • Identifikation von zukünftigen Chancen und Trends im Themenkomplex Digitale Infrastruktur
  • Akquise und Analyse geeigneter Investments und Mitwirkung bei den Transaktionen
  • Mitwirkung beim laufenden Management und Vermietung der erworbenen Assets zusammen mit den Kollegen vom Assetmanagement
  • Unterstützung der Sales-Einheit bei Kundenterminen, Webinaren, Newslettern und der Aufbereitung von Unterlagen
  • Entwicklung und Führung des bestehenden Teams


Ihr Know-how

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finance-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Digitale Infrastruktur / Datacenter / Datennetze im Kontext der Immobilienwirtschaft und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Commercial Real Estate-Know-how hinsichtlich Flächen und Opportunitäten für die Entwicklung digitaler Infrastruktur-Projekte
  • Gutes und aktives Netzwerk zu Entwicklern, Betreibern und Dienstleistern im Segment
  • Allgemein gutes Verständnis vom Aufbau und Betrieb von Data Center sowie technischer und regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und im Aufbau von Strukturen und Business Cases inkl. der relevanten Finanz-/Investmentprozesse
  • Verständnis und Durchdringung der Immobilienmärkte, Investmentstrategien und Finanzprodukte im institutionellen Kontext und unter ESG-Gesichtspunkten, bevorzugt auf internationaler Ebene
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick verbunden mit einem überzeugenden Auftreten nach Innen und Außen
  • Analytische, strategische wie proaktive Denk- und Handlungsweise und die Fähigkeit, Marktchancen zu erkennen und zu nutzen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
