Director of Sales, EMEA- Nutraceutical Manufacturing

Position Overview: Novaris Search are excitingly partnered with a forward-thinking dietary supplement manufacturer in Germany, seeking an experienced and proactive Director of Sales. This pivotal role requires a proven track record driving revenue in dietary supplement manufacturing. The ideal candidate must be experienced leading strategic planning & cross-functional collaboration as this position will be instrumental in driving multi-channel sales and expanding market share in the Health & Wellness contract manufacturing space....
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy, including channel-specific approaches, to meet revenue and market share objectives.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry, competitor, and market trends to adapt and refine sales strategies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, finance, new product development, and operations teams to ensure organizational alignment and support.
- Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Leadership: Develop the sales strategy and KPIs, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
- +8 years of B2B experience in the dietary supplement / wellness or pharmaceutical industry, selling manufacturing services
- Proven book of business in CPG / Private Label / Natural Channels
- Demonstrated proven ability to grow substantial books of business and maintain existing
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Nutrition, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in CRM, strategic planning, marketing, and business/product development
- Ability to travel across Europe - ideally to Germany
