The Bioprocess TerritoryManager, Central South role involves providing salesleadership & direction to Bioprocess account managers in theterritory to meet/exceed annual sales and orderbudgets.

This position reports to the CentralBioprocess Zone Leader and is part of the Central Bioprocess SalesTeam, working fully remotely. At Cytiva, our vision is to advancefuture therapeutics from discovery todelivery.

Your KeyResponsibilities:

  • Leada team of Bioprocess account managers to achieve territory targetsassigned by the Bioprocess commerciallead.

  • Support Bioprocessaccount managers in contributing information to sales strategiesand account plans.

  • Throughcritical insight on customer biopharmaceutical manufacturingprocesses, support the team to formulate strategies to develop andsupport solutions that meet or exceed customers' needs and expandBioprocessbusiness.

  • Communicatebusiness strategy and tactics clearly to the sales team and providefeedback to colleagues on progress, opportunities, and challengesin theterritory.

  • Responsible fortalent management to ensure the continued development of directreports.

  • Continuouslydevelop a network of key decision-makers. Build a territorybusiness plan and set quarterly priorities to achieve definedbusiness goals.

  • Lead andsupport sales funnel reviews to meet businesstargets.

YourQualifications:

  • Bachelor'sDegree in Business, life sciences, or relevantfield.

  • Long-standingcommercial experience, preferably in the Biotechnology/Biopharmaindustry.

  • Experience usingCRM tools, preferably SFDC, to manage customer stakeholders andopportunities.

  • Demonstrablesuccess in collaborating across a matrix commercial team to buildsolutions supportingcustomers.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Experienceas a commercial people leader, coach, or mentor in current orprevious role.

  • Workingknowledge of funnel management, value selling, and account planningmethodologies.

TravelRequirements:

  • Abilityto travel 50% or more within the territory and occasionallyinternationally.

  • Must have avalid driver's license with an acceptable drivingrecord.
