As a Senior Product Manager,you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product.The ideal candidate has worked in dynamic startup environments andis passionate about applying state-of-the-art AI research toreal-world enterprise solutions. You will own the product roadmap,work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive the successfuldelivery of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs ofour customers. This role requires an understanding of automation/AI technologies, market dynamics, and a customer-centric approachto product development.
Yourresponsibility- Develop,manage, and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring it is alignedwith customer needs, business goals, and the latest trends inautomation and AI.
- Define and execute theproduct strategy and vision, aligning it with the company’s overallobjectives and market needs.
- Oversee the entireproduct lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launchimprovements.
- Work closely with engineering,design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality productson time and within scope.
- Define and track keyproduct performance metrics. Use data to drive decisions, improveproduct features, and optimize the userexperience.
- Partner with marketing and salesteams to develop go-to-market strategies, including productpositioning, messaging, and pricing.
- Stay atthe cutting edge of automation and AI advancements by conductingcontinuous market research, competitive analysis, and trackingindustry trends to ensure our products remain competitive andinnovative.
- Utilize your previous experienceworking in high-growth, next-gen startups to bring agility,customer focus, and a strong execution mindset to theteam.
- Stay informed about the lateststate-of-the-art research in large language models and apply thesefindings to develop intelligent, automated solutions that addresscomplex enterprisechallenges.
- Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a relatedfield.
- 5+ years of product managementexperience, with a strong focus on automation, SaaS, or AI-driventechnologies.
- Strong experience in automationtechnologies (RPA, workflow automation, etc.) with an understandingof how these solutions solve enterpriseproblems.
- Demonstrated experience working inhigh-growth startups, particularly in the tech/AI space, with akeen understanding of agile development processes and startupchallenges.
- Ability to manage complex productroadmaps and prioritize features based on business needs, customervalue, and technical feasibility.
- Excellentcommunication and leadership skills, with the ability to influencestakeholders across various teams.
- Strongtechnical acumen, with an ability to understand complex technicalconcepts and communicate them to non-technicalstakeholders.
