Product Security Manager (fluent in Chinese and English) - Join Our Dynamic Team in Munich, Germany
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Security Manager to join our team in Munich, Germany. This role is pivotal in shaping and implementing our product security strategies and ensuring our products meet the highest security standards.
Your Impact:
- Develop Security Strategies: Craft comprehensive product security strategies and policies to safeguard our products.
- Ensure Compliance: Keep our operations in line with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with product development to integrate security best practices into every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Train and Educate: Enhance product security awareness and skills across the organization through training and guidance.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of security trends and technologies to refine our strategies.
- Report to Senior Management: Prepare and present detailed security reports to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in security roles.
- Proficiency in system and network security, with a deep understanding of security vulnerability principles and industry trends.
- A solid grasp of security concepts, including authentication, authorization, access control, and encryption.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with experience in GDPR, ISO27001, ETSI EN 303 645, IEC 62443, or similar standards.
- Strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience in security planning and implementation for medium to large enterprises, preferably in the tech industry.
- Full proficiency in Chinese and English is essential for professional communication.
