Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth industry, competitor, and user research in overseas markets, accurately capturing industry trends and competitor dynamics. Identify and analyze international user needs, aligning them with the business strategy to develop clear product planning and objectives.
  • Deeply understand user experience and manage the full product requirements analysis, design, and implementation process. Oversee product acceptance for the international cockpit version and ensure achievement of quantitative product and experience goals through metric tracking.
  • Leverage overseas base advantages and effectively utilize native speakers to conduct product localization reviews (e.g., interface elements, minor language adaptation for voice functions), ensuring product accuracy and optimal user experience across different language environments.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, design, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Internet, Intelligent Automotive, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager for consumer-oriented (C-end) products; experience in intelligent cockpits or related fields is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English with fluent communication skills for seamless collaboration with overseas teams. Proficiency in one or more additional languages is a plus.
  • Skill Requirements: Familiarity with user experience design and product management processes, strong analytical abilities, and keen market insight.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong sense of innovation, high self-motivation, exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a deep understanding of user needs and a passion for creating groundbreaking products.
