Location: Ratingen, Germany (onsite)


Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Fiber & FTTX services sales efforts across the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth and developing strategic partnerships in the telecommunications industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives for Fiber & FTTX services.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the DACH region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on Fiber & FTTX services.
  • Extensive knowledge of the DACH market and established network of industry contacts.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
