We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Engineering and IT projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in German (C1 level) and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience: Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
