Aufgaben

You will beresponsible for consolidating development processes, operating theplatform and scaling the engineering team both locally andremotely.

With proven engineering managementexpertise and experience working with a SaaS product using moderncloud technologies you will ensure continuous efficient developmentand business operations.

You will be leading andscaling our engineering team, ensuring the successful execution ofour product roadmap and delivering high-quality software ontime.

With a focus on optimizing our developmentprocesses, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture ofcollaboration and continuous improvement within cross-functionalteams, including engineering, product management/owner and design,you will translate the company’s technology vision into tangible,scalable solutions.

In addition, you will ensurethat our technology infrastructure and related operations arerobust, secure, and capable of supporting our ambitious growthplans.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

  • Oversee engineeringteam operations and execution of productdevelopment.
  • Optimize engineering processes andimplement best practices.
  • Manage and scale theengineering team, focusing on hiring, training, and developmentlocally and remotely.
  • Foster a culture ofcollaboration, innovation, and continuousimprovement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to align technical efforts with companygoals.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality softwaredelivery within budget.
  • Ensure the robustness,security, and scalability of technology infrastructure andoperations.
  • Provide leadership in day-to-dayactivities and teammanagement.
Qualifikation

WHATYOU WILL HAVE DONE...

  • 10+ years ofexperience as a software engineer and 5+ years in a leadershiprole.
  • Proven experience and up-to-date hands-onskills in developing a SaaS product with deep understandingof:
  1. Cloud DevOps practicesand infrastructure management.
  2. Continuousdelivery pipelines that deliver quality and value to customers inshort iterative cycles.
  3. Modern/public-APIdevelopment (java spring boot/ c# .net core orsimilar).
  4. Single page application developmentwith react/angular/vue orsimilar.
  • Experience inscaling teams and processes.
  • Strong leadershipand people management skills, with a focus on mentoring and teamdevelopment.
  • Excellent communication skills,with the ability to articulate technical vision and strategy tovarious stakeholders.
  • Speakingboth German (C1+) and English (C1) either on a native or bilingualspeaker level or with full professionalproficiency.
  • Ability to thinkstrategically while remaining hands-on whennecessary.
