**HEAD OF DEPARTMENT CHASSIS / VEHICLE DYNAMICS**:

Personal und Umsatzverantwortung im Bereich Fahrwerk / Fahrdynamik

Koordination unterschiedlicher Projekte inkl. Ergebnisverantwortung

Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen und Erschließung neuer Kunden

Strategieentwicklung des eigenen Verantwortungsbereiches unter Berücksichtigung der Marktsituation

Ressourcenplanung und Kompetenzentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden

Sicherstellung der Zukunftsfähigkeit unter Erarbeitung neuer Geschäftsfelder und USPs

**Damit bringen Sie uns voran**:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik o.ä.

Detaillierte und fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Fahrwerkssysteme

Erfahrung mit Anforderungen diverser Märkte und unterschiedlichen Kunden

Souveränes Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden, hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und sozialer Kompetenz

Kommunikative Persönlichkeit sowie Souveränität in der Kommunikation

Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Geschlecht, Alter, Nationalität und Religion sind für uns nicht relevant - was zählt, sind Sie.
