Project Development Manager (d/w/m) für Onshore-Wind und Photovoltaik (Berlin-Kreuzberg - hybrid)

Die Chance
Als Project Development Manager (d/w/m) leitest du den Ausbau unseres Onshore-Wind- und PV-Portfolios in Deutschland. Du arbeitest mit uns an der Schnittstelle von Kollaboration und Innovation, erkennst Chancen, schmiedest Partnerschaften und erschließt neue Märkte, um einen nachhaltigen Einfluss auf Lösungen für erneuerbare Energien zu schaffen. Die Position bietet dir außerdem die Möglichkeit, ein Team von engagierten Fachleuten aufzubauen.
- Projektbewertung: Beurteile die Machbarkeit sowie die Chancen und Risiken von Projekten und gib Empfehlungen zu den vielversprechendsten Projekten ab.
- Projektentwicklung: Leite die Entwicklung unserer Projekte, von der grünen Wiese über die Genehmigung bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme.
- Verhandlungen: Führe Verhandlungen mit Landeigentümer:innen und Entwicklungspartner:innen und stelle sicher, dass die Vereinbarungen die Interessen aller Parteien widerspiegeln.
- Markterweiterung: Ergreife die Initiative, um neue Märkte und Möglichkeiten für erneuerbare Energien zu erkunden und zu entdecken. Erforsche den Markt auf Trends, Wettbewerbsbedingungen und potenzielle Wachstumsbereiche.
- Partnerschaften: Identifiziere und kultiviere strategische Partnerschaften, z.B. mit lokalen Entwicklern und Grundbesitzer:innen, um die Geschäftsentwicklung weiter voranzutreiben.
Deine Kompetenzen
Deine Erfolgsbilanz in der Projektentwicklung zeigt, dass du dich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld wohlfühlst und auch unter Druck den Überblick behältst. Du kannst eng mit Landakquisiteur:innen, externen Entwickler:innen und Landbesitzer:innen zusammenarbeiten, scheust aber auch nicht davor zurück, Dinge selbst in die Hand zu nehmen. Deine Überzeugung für saubere Energie und dein Engagement für die Energiewende passen perfekt zu unserer Mission.

Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
- Ausbildung: Höherer Bildungsabschluss in den Bereichen Ingenieurwesen, Stadt- und Regionalplanung oder Recht, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf erneuerbaren Energien oder verwandte Bereiche.
- Erfahrung: Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung. Bewerber:innen mit weniger Erfahrung werden ermutigt, sich zu bewerben, wenn sie bereits in einem ähnlich schnelllebigen und modernen Umfeld tätig waren.
- Software-Kenntnisse: Du bringst grundlegende Softwarekenntnisse mit. Praktische Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in GIS- und Planungs-Software sind von Vorteil.
- Sprachen: Fließendes Deutsch ist Voraussetzung, weitere Sprachen wie Englisch von Vorteil.

Copenhagen Energy A/S wurde im Jahr 2020 gegründet. Wir haben uns auf die Projektentwicklung und den kurzfristigen Stromhandel spezialisiert, wodurch wir die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette von der Stromproduktion bis zur Vermarktung abbilden.
