Your tasks
- Coordination of software development projects with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment
- Reviewing the fulfillment of project requirements
- Creation of product roadmaps, user stories, wireframes and product documentation
- Conducting system tests to ensure the product efficiency and quality
- Managing a wide range of projects, including web based, end-user software and landing page optimization
- Designing, conducting, and evaluation of A/B tests
- Developing website content in collaboration with design and content teams
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the project management process
Your profile
- Proven track record as a project manager (all genders) in software or web development
- First experience in project coordination and working with interdisciplinary and multilingual teams
- Several years of relevant professional experience in project management as well as good working knowledge of common project management methods, such as Scrum
- Comprehensive understanding of different types of projects from web platforms to end-user software and landing page optimisation
- Proactive, high attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Goal-oriented, independent and structured work approach as well as very good organisational skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written German and English

Ihre Aufgaben
- Koordination von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten mit internen und externen Stakeholdern in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Überprüfung der Erfüllung der Projektanforderungen
- Erstellung von Produkt-Roadmaps, User Stories, Wireframes und Produktdokumentationen
- Durchführung von Systemtests zur Gewährleistung der Effizienz und Qualität der Produkte
- Management einer breiten Palette von Projekten, einschließlich der Entwicklung von Webplattformen, Endbenutzer-Software und der Optimierung von Landing Pages
- Erstellung, Durchführung und Auswertung von A/B-Tests
- Entwicklung von Website-Inhalten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Design- und Content-Team
- Mitarbeit an der stetigen Optimierung des Projekt-Management-Prozesses
Ihr Profil
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Projektmanager (all genders) in der Software oder Webentwicklung
- Erste Erfahrung in der Projektkoordination und dem Arbeiten mit interdisziplinären und mehrsprachigen Teams
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Projektmanagements sowie gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Projektmanagementmethoden, wie z.B. Scrum
- Breites Verständnis für verschiedene Projektarten von Webplattformen bis hin zu Endbenutzer-Software und Landing Page-Optimierung
- Eigeninitiative, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Zielorientierte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
