About Us:

Memima is a dynamic startup revolutionizing early childhood musical education

through our innovative app. Founded in Spain 7 years ago, we have a good market

standing in the B2C segment and are expanding across Europe and the US with a

focus on daycare centers and kindergartens (B2B2C). Our international team spans

across Europe and US, fostering an open-minded, friendly, and fast-growing

environment.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate intern fluent in German or Dutch to join our team. This

role offers significant flexibility and creative freedom, working closely with

experienced team members on social media and business development strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

● Content Development: Create engaging social media content in German or

Dutch aimed at parents of young children, daycare centers and kindergartens

● Social Media Management: Schedule posts, manage social media calendars,

and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

● Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and

build relationships with early childhood educators and businesses.

● Analytics and Optimization: Track performance metrics, generate reports, and

refine strategies based on data to maximize engagement and conversion.

● Creative Campaigns: Design and execute innovative social media campaigns

to drive brand awareness and user engagement. Bring fresh ideas to

marketing campaigns and brand-building efforts

● Business Development: Participate in designing sales outreach campaigns

and support business development activities to attract B2B clients.

● Collaborative Projects: Work with cross-functional teams on projects related

to social media, business development, and growth strategies.

● Website and Copywriting: Assist in website updates, copywriting, and

conversion optimization to support the growth team.


Requirements:

● Advanced bachelor’s degree or master’s student in business, marketing,

social media, or a related field

● Fluency in German or Dutch is a MUST; business-level proficiency in

English required, Spanish or other languages are a plus

● Enthusiasm for music, early childhood development, or experience in

daycare/kindergartens is highly valued

● Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Canva, Meta for

Business) is preferred


Work Environment:

● Flexible working hours

● Part-time or Full-time (to be agreed)

● Remote first with the option to come into our office in Amsterdam or Girona
