B2B Sales and Business Development Intern

To further enhance our startup's growth, we are seeking a Business Development & B2B Sales Intern (unpaid) to join our innovative and compact team, contributing fresh ideas to unresolved challenges. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Growth to initiate and manage your own projects.

Ideal candidates should be eager to engage actively in implementing and executing novel solutions in the industry. As one of the initial members of Newcon, your contributions will directly influence our expansion goals, the efficiency of our processes, and the overall growth trajectory of our organization.

Responsibilities

Your Contributions to Our Team

  • We are in search of a Business Development & Sales Intern for a minimum commitment of 3 months.
  • You will have the unique chance to work alongside our Head of Growth on various topics, including business development, operations, sales, marketing, and strategy. Your role will involve supporting our B2B initiatives in daily operations and independently planning and executing projects.
  • You will assist in expanding our B2B operations by identifying and negotiating partnership opportunities, developing our lead pipeline, leading sales discussions, and managing client accounts.
  • Engage with potential clients and partners to establish and nurture business relationships.
  • Take proactive ownership of entrepreneurial initiatives, identify growth opportunities, present them to the team, and oversee their execution.
  • Support daily business activities and contribute with a hands-on approach.
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in high-growth startups, venture capital, consulting, or similar high-performance environments is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
