Your Profile:
- Over 3 years hands-on experience as a closer for multiyear SaaS contracts.
- Proven track record in selling enterprise software with significant 5 to 7 digit annual account values.
- Expertise in building and managing your pipeline, exhibiting both hunting and closing skills.
- Familiarity with partners in the SaaS ecosystem (Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS, Salesforce).
- Experience in contact center products, customer service, CRM, and CX – a considerable advantage.
- You are a German speaking individual with proficiency in English language
What You'll Do:
- Take charge of managing a substantial customer funnel across EU countries, particularly in the DACH region.
- Act as the primary liaison for new customer prospects, overseeing relationships and commercial matters.
- Expand networks within target accounts, engaging stakeholders to drive new business.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure customer-centricity in winning new business.
