I am seeing a Key Account Manager to join a multinational entertainment company.

This role will be based in Frankfurt German with travel to the UK.


It is a requirement for this role that you must be fluent in spoken and written German and English. This role requires travel both in Germany & UK as required to see relevant customer contacts in each office.


This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to sales and account management, with a focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective resource management to meet both the company’s and the customers’ objectives


Key Accountabilities


  • Sales Strategy Development and Implementation
  • Sales Terms and Negotiations
  • Play a leading role in the company approach and maximize brand visibility
  • Share insights with channel leads and the Global Commercial Strategy & Operations team
  • Execute global channel strategy and range alignment recommendations
  • Partner with Retail Marketing teams to ensure toolkit execution
  • Lead Perfect Store / Perfect Screen implementation with key retail partner
  • Utilize models for customer profitability analysis
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and deliver individual account business plans
  • Manage and direct resources to achieve customer/market go
  • Take sole responsibility for account matters and day-to-day issues
  • Monitor orders, invoices, and deliveries in line with stock availability
  • Forecast customer sales and manage customer information flow.


Skills and Experience


  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and the UK to meet with relevant customer contacts.
