Audiencly - is the leading influencer marketing agency for games worldwide We are working with the biggest game publishers and brands and connect them with the right social media content creators. With creative promotions & strategic sponsorships we achieve successful marketing results and create new hypes and trends on Youtube, Instagram, Twitch, & TikTok.
We are currently expanding our international team and are looking for a senior influencer manager as head of the influencer relations team.
Tasks
- Identifying new social media influencers and brand ambassadors across platforms such as Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch.
- Leading two teams of international influencer relation managers
- The identification and activation of influencers, along with establishing long-term relationship management, are important aspects that require support.
- Support of the influencers during the campaigns
- You transfer your acquired expertise in the area of influencer marketing to your team
- You analyze your team's performance with the goal to further improve strengths and reduce shortcomings
- You lead meetings with the senior team regularly to exchange new learnings
- negotiating, drafting and processing of contracts and cooperations with influencers
- onboarding, training and motivation of new influencer relations managers

**Requirements**:

- at least 5 years professional experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a team-leading role
- You have a good insight into the influencer landscape and the newest social media trends
- Strong Business Development and Sales skills
- You have excellent communication skills and are professionally proficient, well-structured and self-reliant
- You have profound experience with social media and their analysis and influencer key data, you feel confident when using the monitoring tools
- excellent English language skills, additional language skills are highly appreciated
