What are we looking for?

For a parental leave replacement (May 2024 - Dec 2025) we are looking for a Sales Support/Commercial Back Office who, reporting to the Sales Director, will be responsible for:

1. Sales Order Management: Process, monitor, and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in operations.

2. Sample Request: Coordinate with the dedicated sampling team for preparation and follow-up.

3. Coordination with Sales Team and Internal Departments: Collaborate closely with the sales team and other internal departments (purchasing, logistics, tech&quality, administration) to ensure effective communication and sharing of relevant information.

4. Customer Assistance: Provide support to customers for inquiries, delivery issues, and other related queries, monitoring order progress as the primary point of contact for support in handling complaints or issues.

5. Record Management: Maintain and update records of customers, suppliers, and other business partners.

6. Credit Control and Payments: Monitor and control customer credit, managing credit control and the payment process with the Admin Team

7. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the continuous improvement of company procedures and tools.


Your profile:

• Fluency in English;

• 2 years' experience in a similar role, in a company with international activity;

• Familiarity with the Office Suite and knowledge of management systems, knowledge of NAV/Business Central is appreciated;

• Accuracy and attention to detail;

• Strong organizational and priority management skills to meet deadlines;

• Relational skills with internal and external interlocutors.

Education in Food Technology, Pharmacy or Chemistry is a preferential requirement, as the company is rapidly expanding in the Food, Pharma and Nutraceutical sectors.
