Be the first point of contact for many of our guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and unforgettable experience from their first interaction. ?? Manage the restaurants email inbox: handle reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests with kindness and precision. ?? Coordinate with the service and management teams to ensure smooth communication and perfect guest experiences. ?? Support the management of guest feedback (emails, Google reviews, social media messages). ?? Assist in maintaining guest records and preparing guest notes for special occasions and VIPs.??Contribute to Edmondos reputation for exceptional Italian hospitality through consistent, high-quality communication.Join us if:?? You have excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written). ?? Youre organized, detail-oriented, and love multitasking. ?? Youre confident, professional, and service-oriented, with a sunny personality. ?? Youre enthusiastic about gastronomy, fine dining, and guest experience. ??
