Im Rahmen unserer Expansion bist Du gefragt Wir suchen Dich als erfahrene/n Sales Manager/in, um unser dynamisches Team zu verstärken. In deiner Rolle bei Sinpex wirst Du eine Schlüsselfunktion beim Ausbau unseres Kundenstamms und der Stärkung unserer Marktposition spielen. Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören die Neukundengewinnung, die Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien und die Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen. Du wirst eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammenarbeiten, um unsere Lösungen optimal zu präsentieren und die Präsenz von Sinpex auf dem Markt zu erweitern.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Gezielte Akquisition von Neukunden zur Erweiterung unseres Kundenstamms.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Vertriebsstrategien zur Steigerung der Marktposition.
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Analyse von Markttrends, um Vertriebschancen zu identifizieren und entsprechend zu nutzen.
  • Positionierung als Experte für unsere Dienstleistungen und Lösungen, um Kundenbedürfnisse effektiv zu erfüllen.
  • Führung und Abschluss von Vertragsverhandlungen mit potenziellen und bestehenden Kunden.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Marketing- und Produktteam.
  • Sammeln von Kundenfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produkte.
  • Erstellung detaillierter Vertriebsreports und Prognosen zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen.

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im SaaS- oder B2B-Bereich.
  • Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen Vertriebsstrategien.
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge beim Aufbau und der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur Erkennung von Markttrends und Vertriebschancen.
  • Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams.
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachenniveau und fließende Englischkenntnisse.
