Are you a seasoned project manager well-versed in Compliance processes, seeking your next significant career challenge? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you:

As a Compliance Tech & Processes Expert, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Compliance team's digital transformation journey, enhancing process efficiency, and contributing to groupwide projects. You will pioneer innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions to address present and future challenges. Your grasp of change processes will guide teams toward new methodologies, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.


Your responsibilities within the compliance team:


  • Lead independent project management initiatives within the Compliance sphere.
  • Spearhead improvement endeavours to streamline compliance processes, including digitization, oversight, and monitoring efforts.
  • Continuously evolve the digital compliance ecosystem, identifying opportunities for digitalization within compliance processes, evaluating existing tools and systems, and driving digital technology adoption.
  • Conduct analysis and modelling of business processes within the Compliance function, scrutinizing current compliance workflows, proposing process enhancements, particularly through automation.
  • Act as a bridge between the specialist domain and IT, facilitating requirements management and translation as a business analyst.


Requirements:


  • Hold a university degree in Business Engineering, Economics, or IT, or possess equivalent qualifications/training with a technical emphasis.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies, backed by several years of professional experience, ideally with a project management certification.
  • Display proactive engagement with Compliance processes and their interfaces, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including IT and Transformation departments.
  • Exhibit strong customer orientation and interdisciplinary skills, prioritizing pragmatism, and efficiency in task execution.
  • Fluent in German and English (at C1/C2 or Native level), adept at collaborating with globally dispersed teams and guiding them through change.
