Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n
Sales Manager (m/w/d)
in Vollzeit (40 Stunden pro Woche) am Standort Bad Sulza. Das Arbeitsverhältnis ist zunächst befristet auf ein Jahr. Reisebereitschaft wird vorausgesetzt.

Was Sie mitbringen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Tourismus- oder Eventmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und entsprechend langjährige Berufserfahrung im Dienstleistungs- und Salesbereich
- Sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, vor allem PowerPoint, sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Zoom, MS-Teams und LinkedIn. Erfahrung in der Content-Erarbeitung für die Website ist ebenfalls von Vorteil
- Verhandlungsgeschick
- Verbindliches, empathisches und gepflegtes Auftreten
- Sichere Kommunikation mit Kund:innen auf Deutsch und Englisch. Französisch wäre ein weiterer Pluspunkt
- Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und eine hohe Eigenmotivation
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Diskretion, Sorgfalt und Empathie
- Bereichsübergreifendes Denken sowie Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands und bei Bedarf auch im Ausland (Messen, Kongresse, Key-Account)
Was Sie bei uns realisieren:
- Engagierte Vermarktung des Portfolios der Toskanaworld AG standortübergreifend für den Kongress- und Veranstaltungsbereich, insbesondere Ansprache an Unternehmen, Verbände, NGOs sowie Veranstalter, Portale und Eventagenturen im In- und Ausland
- Integration der Medienproduktion in die Realisierung virtueller oder hybrider Tagungen im Zusammenspiel mit Tagungs- und Eventstandorten, Kongresse oder Veranstaltungen
- Bewerbung von Filmproduktionen sowie TV-Angebote
- Zusammenarbeit auf kommunaler Ebene und Einbringung der Toskanaworld AG in entsprechende Veranstaltungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Residence Managern, dem Veranstaltungsmanagement, der Marketing- und Reservierungsabteilung sowie der Medienproduktion
- Gezielte Berücksichtigung von Kundenwünschen bei der Angebotserstellung, um individuell passende Kundenlösungen zu konzipieren
- Erarbeitung der Marktbearbeitungsstrategien und Aufbauen des erforderlichen Contents zur Kundenansprache zusammen mit der Marketingabteilung
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Produktkonzeptionen und bei der After-Sales-Betreuung von Kunden
- Direktes Berichten an den Vorstand Operations
