Dein Profil:
  • Du bringst eine fundierte Ausbildung in Elektronik oder Mechatronik mit (sei es als TechnikerIn, MeisterIn oder mit einem Bachelor) und hast Lust, dein Know-how in Elektrotechnik/Mechatronik kontinuierlich auszubauen.
  • Ein Durst nach Wissen treibt dich an und du möchtest immer auf der Höhe der Zeit zu sein sowie dein Fachwissen lebenslang erweitern.
  • Du schätzt die Arbeit in vielfältigen Teams und genießt es, mit Menschen aus aller Welt zu interagieren und von ihnen zu lernen.
  • Dein Deutsch ist erstklassig und du kommunizierst fließend in Englisch, Französisch oder Spanisch - jede weitere Sprache ist ein willkommenes Extra.
  • Du bist abenteuerlustig und offen dafür, auch mal für uns zu reisen, um unsere Kunden weltweit zu unterstützen – idealerweise bringst du schon Erfahrungen aus dem Ausland mit.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Kundenservice und -zufriedenheit zeichnet dich aus; du verstehst es, Bedürfnisse zu erkennen und Lösungen zu liefern.
Deine Mission:
  • Leite die Projektplanung und -kalkulation für einen reibungslosen Prozess und erstelle individuell zugeschnittene Angebote.
  • Agiere als Hauptkontaktperson für technische Anfragen unserer Kunden, unterstützt durch unser erfahrenes Service-Team.
  • Verfolge Angebote nach und bleibe am Ball, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Lösungen den Erwartungen der Kunden nicht nur entsprechen, sondern diese übertreffen.
  • Führe die Inbetriebnahme und Schulung an unseren Ausbildungssystemen durch, um Nutzer zu befähigen und zu inspirieren.
  • Stärke unser globales Netzwerk durch Unterstützung unserer Vertriebspartner und repräsentiere uns auf Messen weltweit.
