Zur Verstrkung unseres Teams in Berlin suchen wir zum 01.09.2024 eine(n) Technical Product Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (Berlin hybrid).

Tasks
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Asphaltmischungen mit unseren innovativen Produkten.
  • Begleitung von Bauprojekten.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Technischen Regelwerke und Vorschriften (insbesondere TL Asphalt StB ZTV Asphalt StB TL Bitumen StB).
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behrden und Zertifizierungsstellen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebs und TechTeams zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Produktentwicklung und einfhrung.
  • bersetzung technischer Anforderungen in kundenorientierte Lsungen.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von nutzerzentrierten Produktstrategien.
  • Sammlung und Analyse von Nutzerfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produkte.
Requirements
  • Flieende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrungen in der Asphalttechnik idealerweise auch praktische Erfahrunge
  • Kenntnis der relevanten Regelwerke und Normen im Straenbau.

Gegrndet im Jahr 2021 verbessert unsere erste Produktlinie EcoFlakes die Bindungseigenschaften von Asphaltmischungen und damit die Haltbarkeit von Straen. Die CO2Emissionen knnen durch einen energieeffizienten Prozess und die Nutzung von Recyclingkunststoff erheblich reduziert werden.

Die Produktlinie wird aus Kunststoffen hergestellt die sonst verbrannt wrden. In ber 30 Projekten u.a. auf Autobahnen konnte sich ecopals bewiesen. Nun starten wir in die Wachstumsphase und suchen leidenschaftliche kluge Talente die uns auf unserem Weg begleiten mchten.
