Embeddable launched less than a year ago and is already taking the developer world by storm Like how Stripe enables developers to add payments to their platform and Unity enables you to build world-class games, Embeddable is the end-to-end developer platform for building seamless, lightning-fast customer-facing analytics directly into your product.
As a developer, adding a couple of charts to your online platform is easy. Scaling analytics to tens of thousands of end-users, who all have differing data needs and data questions, is a hard problem. Embeddable gives you the infrastructure and tools to rapidly build out your interactive in-product analytics in days, not months, and empowers your team to iterate on your analytics at the pace your customers need.
Our 3 core user personas are:
- Front-end (React.js) developers using our SDK to build beautifully interactive analytical experiences.
- Data teams building (SQL-based) data models for powering their single-source-of-truth.
- End users (typically non-technical) who are interacting with the analytical experiences and building out their own custom dashboards in our customers’ platforms.

**Who are you?**:
You’re a **smart, hungry and humble** Technical Product Owner ready to drive forward our delivery velocity. Our engineering team is rapidly growing, and our product and engineering teams need support in streamlining our product development and delivery processes.

**The magic you’ll perform**:
- Work directly with the Head of Product (CEO) to execute against monthly and quarterly product and engineering priorities.
- Be the product eyes and ears of the founders, helping them execute their product and company vision.
- Own and maintain the engineering backlog (creating, refining, prioritising, and sequencing user stories, features, technical debt, bug fixes, technical support tickets, etc.).
- Work directly with the Engineering and Design teams to deliver on time and to a quality level that our customers consistently describe as "delightful to use".
- Work directly with the Head of Engineering to run/facilitate the sprints and other Engineering Scrum meetings (sprint planning, refining sessions, daily stand-ups, etc.).
- Be responsible for continuously measuring and optimising core product team KPIs (delivery velocity, user engagement and satisfaction, product response times, uptime, error rates, etc.)
- Ensure that the Head of Product and leadership have a clear understanding of which customers and stakeholders need what and maintain a prioritised list of feature requests and dependencies.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (engineering, design, customer success, growth, leadership, etc.), ensuring that everybody understands product priorities and requirements and that prioritizations have been sense-checked with stakeholders to ensure well-rounded perspectives on complexity, impact, and feasibility.

**Hard skills**:
- strong Agile/Scrum project manager skills
- familiar with working with one or more
- developer tools (e.g. Stripe, Twilio, Github, Postman, Jira)
- BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Metabase, etc.)
- programming languages (e.g. Javascript, Python, SQL, Ruby)
- extensive experience
- weighing trade-offs, especially regarding feature scope, technical debt, and resource constraints, as well as maximising product value and engineering resources with each sprint.
- delivering high-quality product updates on time while supporting a culture of clarity, accountability, and customer-centred focus.
- proactively and effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on expectations and releases.
- metric tracking and analysis to guide data-driven decision-making.
