As our Account Executive you will be driving the companys growth by proactively identifying and engaging potential clients assessing their needs and fostering relationships through strategic outreach.

Tasks
  • Identifying potential clients through research & prospecting and qualifying them by assessing their needs and buying timelines to ensure alignment with the companys offer
  • Conducting effective outreach via cold calls emails social media or networking events to initiate conversations and gauge interest in the companys offering.
  • Transforming a constant inflow of marketing leads into deals while analyzing basic financial & settingup basic contractual terms.
  • Scheduling and facilitating meetings between qualified leads and the sales team and following up with potential clients postmeetings to sustain and nurture their interest
  • Visiting customers and interacting with sellers in person to build strong relationships and close deals.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system with lead information interactions and outcomes while providing feedback to the marketing and operations teams based on interactions with leads.
  • Working towards and exceeding set sales targets including the generation of leads and scheduled meetings.
  • Staying informed about industry trends competitors and market dynamics through ongoing market research while adeptly tailoring outreach strategies and comprehensively understanding customer pain points for strategic alignment.
Requirements
  • You bring at least 2 years of relevant experience as an Account Executive Business Development Manager Sales Manager or in a similar role
  • You have an outstanding proven sales track record
  • You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to confidently lead discussions and negotiations even in complex scenarios and inspire individuals.
  • Your adaptability allows you to connect with individuals of diverse backgrounds and build strong relationships that facilitate the sale of a business.
  • You are flexible & willing to travel regularly to meet our clients in person
  • You are proficient both in German (C2) and English (C1)
