Sie werden in den unterschiedlichen On- und Offshore-Umspannwerksanlagen, die für den Anschluss der Offshore-Windanlagen an das Stromnetz an Land gebraucht werden, tätig sein. Dabei übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Planung sowie sichere Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsmaßnahmen unter Beachtung der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Prüfzyklen.

Folgende Aufgaben werden Ihnen dabei begegnen:
  • Im täglichen Betrieb übernehmen Sie die Anlagenverantwortung, führen Schalthandlungen durch und überblicken die gesamte Anlagenfunktion inklusive der Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten,
  • Bei der Errichtung von On- und Offshore-Anlagen sind Sie Koordinator*in, übernehmen die Bauüberwachung, führen komplexe Funktionsproben durch und wirken bei den Inbetriebnahmen mit,
  • Auch in die technische und kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung der Instandhaltung sind Sie eingebunden,
  • In Ihrem Aufgabenbereich liegt außerdem die Konfiguration von schutz- und leittechnischen Einrichtungen,
  • Ihr Fachwissen geben Sie in technischen Schulungen und Arbeitsschutzbelehrungen weiter,
  • Sie erkennen selbstständig und vorausschauend Handlungsbedarf und begegnen der Komplexität Ihrer Aufgabe mit guter Selbstorganisation,
  • Ihre klare Kommunikation und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sind hier wichtig, um eine verbindliche Abstimmung mit allen internen und externen Beteiligten sicherzustellen,
  • Sicherheits- und umweltgerechtes Verhalten hat für Sie dabei oberste Priorität.

Ihr Kompetenzprofil
  • Abgeschlossene Meister- oder Technikerausbildung in der Elektrotechnik oder Energietechnik,
  • Alternativ eine Ausbildung in der genannten Fachrichtung und die Bereitschaft zur Meister- oder Technikerausbildung,
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich der Elektrotechnik,
  • Gesundheitliche Voraussetzungen für eine Offshore-Tätigkeit,
  • Fahrerlaubnis PKW,
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2).

Idealerweise bringen Sie zusätzlich mit:
  • Erfahrungen im Offshore-Bereich,
  • Kenntnisse zu Anlagen des Höchstspannungsnetzes,
  • Erfahrung mit SAP, Datenbankanwendungen und MS-Office.
