Electrical Engineering Specialist

We are looking for an Electrical Technician to support various onshore and offshore substation facilities essential for integrating offshore wind turbines with the terrestrial power grid. In this position, you will be tasked with organizing and executing maintenance operations while adhering to regulatory testing cycles.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:- Overseeing the daily operations of the facilities, executing switching operations, and managing the entire system including maintenance tasks,
- Coordinating the development of onshore and offshore facilities, supervising construction efforts, conducting intricate functional tests, and engaging in commissioning processes,
- Managing technical and commercial order processing related to maintenance,
- Configuring protective and control systems,
- Delivering technical training and safety guidance,
- Independently identifying and anticipating necessary actions, approaching complex tasks with effective self-organization,
- Ensuring clear communication and assertiveness to facilitate binding coordination with all internal and external stakeholders,
- Prioritizing safety and environmentally responsible practices in all operations.
- A completed master craftsman or technician training in electrical engineering or energy technology,
- Alternatively, a qualification in the aforementioned field with a commitment to pursue master craftsman or technician training,
- Experience in electrical engineering,
- Health qualifications for offshore operations,
- A valid driver's license for a car,
- Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and good command of English (minimum B2).
- Experience in the offshore industry,
- Familiarity with high-voltage grid systems,
- Proficiency in SAP, database applications, and MS Office.
- Full-time position with 37 hours per week,
