Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Fachliche Führung aller Mitarbeiter der deutschen Customer Care Location
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung aller Mitarbeiter der Customer Care Location in Frankfurt
  • Bindeglied der globalen Customer Care Location Organisation mit dem Ziel der Ausweitung des Kundenfokus unter dem Gedanken des Kundenerlebnisses (CX).
  • Implementierung der Customer Care Strategie vor Ort, sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit
    dem Leitern des Operational Care Centers, dem Revenue Care Center und dem Transformations Bereich zur optimalen internen Abstimmung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Operational Care Bereich, um spezielles, abfertigungsspezifisches Wissen und Feedback aus erster Hand zur Erzielung eines exzellenten Customer Care Services zu erlangen
  • Aktives Management der Schnittstellen und des Informations- / Wissensaustauschs zwischen unseren Kunden und zwischen den Bereichen der Air Logistics
  • Konzentration auf die Kontrolle und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen mit dem Ziel eines beständigen, kundenorientierten Modells
Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Fokus auf Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik oder Supply Chain Management
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht, gerne mit einem Sales Fokus
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Sie denken aus der Perspektive des Kunden und haben eine ausgeprägte Servicehaltung
  • Es fällt Ihnen leicht mit verschiedenen Menschen zu kommunizieren, dabei sind Sie stets lösungsorientiert und generell ein Organisationstalent
  • Eigenverantwortlicher, selbständiger und sorgfältiger Arbeitsstil
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
