Als primärer Digitalisierungspartner der Bundeswehr erbringen wir stabile, sichere und effiziente IT-Services im In- und Ausland, vom Grundbetrieb bis in den einsatznahen Bereich und tragen so zur kontinuierlichen Erhöhung der Führungs- und Einsatzfähigkeit der Bundeswehr bei. Mit über 7.000 Kolleg*innen betreiben und modernisieren wir eine der größten und komplexesten IT-Infrastrukturen in Deutschland. Wir suchen verantwortungsvolle IT-Spezialist*innen, die die Bundeswehr-IT aus Überzeugung in herausfordernden Digitalisierungsvorhaben weiterentwickeln und so einen Beitrag zur Sicherheit Deutschlands leisten wollen.


Das Center of Excellence Consulting der BWI agiert als vertrauensvoller und etablierter Partner der Bundeswehr. Als Teil des IT-Systemhauses der Bundeswehr arbeiten wir gemeinsam mit unseren internen und militärischen Kunden an der Entwicklung der BWI und unserer Streitkräfte. Als Vordenker gestalten wir das digitale Nervensystem, entwickeln IT-Strategien und begleiten Digitalisierungsvorhaben.


Im Beratungsfeld Digital Process Conversion (DPC) unterstützen und gestalten wir bei der Einführung, Umsetzung und Automatisierung von Prozessen im Kontext IT-Management. Wir implementieren zum einen Prozesse mit agilen Methoden und unterstützen bei deren Umsetzung. Zum anderen Analysieren wir Prozesse bzw. vorhandene Digitalisierungslösungen und unterstützen bei der Umsetzung effektiver, effizienter und innovativer neuer Lösungen.


Verstärken Sie unser Team, treiben Sie spannende Themen bei der BWI, Bundeswehr und den Bundesbehörden und bauen Sie den Bereich DPC weiter mit uns aus.


Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützen bei der Beratung interner und externer Kunden zum Thema Prozesse im Kontext IT-Management


  • Mitarbeiten bei der Umsetzung und Implementierung von Prozessen


  • Unterstützung bei der Beratung, Koordination und Steuerung von Digitalisierungsthemen im Beratungsfeld


  • Use Case- und Anforderungsformulierung


Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich absolviertes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt IT-Management oder einem MINT-Fach (Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften, Technik) oder eine vergleichbare (Berufs-)Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung oder großes Interesse am IT-Management (z.B. ITIL) und Prozessen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich ​​​Digitalisierung wünschenswert
  • Interesse Bewertungs- und Beratungskompetenz im Hinblick auf etablierte Verfahren und neue Technologien und Trends aufzubauen
  • Technologische Innovationskompetenz und Kreativität, hohes Maß an Flexibilität
  • Strategisches Denken und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigenständigkeit
  • Know How in agilen Methoden
  • Reisebereitschaft
