Arbeite mit unserem Team im Bereich Global Mobility Services (GMS) und berate nationale sowie internationale Klienten an der Schnittstelle von Personalwesen und Steuerrecht – weltweit. Du wirst bei internationalen Personaleinsätzen zu steuerlichen, arbeitsrechtlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen beraten.

Deine Aufgaben
Wenn Du bereit bist, unsere Teams an verschiedenen Standorten zu unterstützen und Dein Fachwissen einzubringen, dann bist Du hier genau richtig:

  • Du bearbeitest Vergütungsdaten von international tätigen Mitarbeitern, um die Einhaltung steuerlicher und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Verpflichtungen in den jeweiligen Einsatzländern sicherzustellen.
  • Die umfassende Kommunikation mit unseren Klienten und internationalen Kollegen gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben, sowohl bei der Planung als auch bei der Umsetzung von Beratungsprojekten.
  • Du entwickelst ein fundiertes Verständnis für alle relevanten Vergütungsdaten und führst deren Aufbereitung und Analyse mithilfe von Visualisierungssoftware durch.
  • Zusätzlich unterstützt und berätst Du bei der fortschreitenden Automatisierung unserer Arbeitsabläufe aus technischer und fachlicher Perspektive.
  • Du bist der Ansprechpartner für unsere Klienten in allen steuerlichen und abrechnungsrelevanten Angelegenheiten.
  • Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit KPMG-Kollegen aus aller Welt ist Teil Deines Arbeitsalltags.
Dein Profil
  • Um als (Junior) Tax Consultant - KPMG Global Compensation Management (m/f/d) bei uns zu arbeiten, benötigst Du ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschafts-, Rechts- oder Kulturwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Steuer- oder Global Mobility-Bereich, beispielsweise durch studienbegleitende Tätigkeiten, gesammelt.
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen ist erforderlich.
  • Erfahrungen im Ausland sind für diese Position von Vorteil.
  • Du bringst Engagement, Teamgeist, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Flexibilität mit.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
