ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of the Marketing Product Intern is to make sure that Mondia products are always updated to the latest trends. In addition, the Marketing Product Intern will assist in the implementation of marketing strategies through banner creation and KPIs analysis to assess the impact of the portal updates and marketing campaigns. The experience that will be gained through this role will be broad, and helpful in preparing the candidate for other fast paced work environments.
Role includes:
- Daily review of the products to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions
- Playlist creation and games categories selection so that the content is always aligned with market trends
- Weekly updates of the content to keep the portal updated to the latest trends
- Assist on marketing campaigns by providing banners and analysing the performance of the campaigns via main KPIs
- Liaise with marketing and product teams to make sure that on portal and off portal campaigns are coordinated.
Die Aufgabe des Marketing Product Intern ist es, dafür zu sorgen, dass unsere Mondia-Produkte inhaltlich immer auf dem neuesten Stand sind. Darüber hinaus sind auch die selbstständige Erstellung von Bannern und die Analyse von KPIs nach der direkten Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien Teil dieser Rolle. Die Erfahrungen, die in dieser Funktion gesammelt werden können, sind breit gefächert und helfen jedem Kandidaten bei der Vorbereitung auf andere schnelllebige Arbeitsumgebungen.
Die Rolle umfasst:
- Erstellung von aktuellen Musik-Playlists und selbstständige Auswahl von Spielekategorien, damit unsere Inhalte stets den Markttrends entsprechen
- Tägliche Überprüfung unserer Produkte, um Fehler zu erkennen und Verbesserungen oder Alternativen vorzuschlagen
- Wöchentliche Aktualisierung der Musik- und Spiele-Inhalte, um das Portal auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten
- Unterstützung von Marketingkampagnen durch Bereitstellung von Bannern und Analyse der Leistung der Kampagnen anhand der wichtigsten KPIs
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Marketing- und Produktteams, um sicherzustellen, dass Kampagnen auf und außerhalb des Portals koordiniert bleiben
Requirements
ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate has exceptionally high ownership, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment. They would also be highly focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving.
Other qualifications include:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Some marketing experience will be an added advantage
- Know how to collaborate well across teams and business partners
- Like to bring creativity & innovation to your work
- Have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Must have meticulous attention to detail and follows instructions
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner
- Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines and turnaround times
- Proficiency in German is a must

- Die Fähigkeit, organisiert zu bleiben und mehrere Aufgaben auf professionelle und effiziente Weise zu erledigen
- Du solltest in der Lage sein, dich an Fristen und Bearbeitungszeiten zu halten
