Verfallsdaten oder Chargennummern.

Als " Inside Sales Representative (w/m/d) Verbrauchsmaterialien" werden Sie Teil eines 17-köpfigen Teams, dass unsere Kunden täglich rund um alle Frage bzgl. unserer After-Sales-Produkte unterstützt. Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie einen festen Kundenstamm und sind verantwortlich für die administrative and transaktionale Kundenbetreuung.

IHRE NEUE HERAUSFORDERUNG:

  • Als IB Inside Sales Customer Service Representative sind Sie Teil eines motivierten Teams, das sich um die Verwaltung und Abwicklung unserer Ersatzteil- und Verbrauchsmaterialaufträge kümmert und dabei stets die Kundenzufriedenheit im Auge behält. Sie arbeiten remote, hybrid oder in unserem Büro in Limburg und kommunizieren eng mit Kunden, dem Salesteam und internen Kollegen.

In dieser Funktion sieht ein typischer Tag wie folgt aus:

  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten und fristgerechten Erfassung aller Kundenaufträge
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen aus Lieferungen, Rechnungen und Kundenaufträgen

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
  • Vertriebsorientiert - fokussiert und angetrieben von der Herausforderung, neue Kunden zu erschließen oder ungenutzte Möglichkeiten zum Ausbau ihres Geschäfts zu finden,
  • Guter Teamgeist - beziehungsstarke Menschen, die gezielt Verbindungen sowohl zu internen Partnern als auch zu externen Kontakten herstellen.
  • Kundenorientierte Leistungsträger - schaffen Engagement und Vertrauen durch eine starke Arbeitsethik und eine kundenorientierte Einstellung
  • Fließendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse in einem CRM-System (vorzugsweise SFDC) sind von Vorteil - ebenso Kenntnisse mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen (wie z.B. Navision)
