Ihre Aufgaben
  • Konzeption und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen für die spezifischen Anforderungen unserer Kunden
  • Management des Halterunsportfolios mit dazugehöriger Produktpositionierung und -differenzierung
  • Analyse von nationalen und internationalen Marktanforderungen und Strategieentwicklung im Produktbereich
  • Ableiten von Anforderungen
  • Unternehmer im Unternehmen für die Produktgruppe
  • Überwachung und Umsetzung der Markteinführungsprojekte
  • Erstellung und Durchführung von nationalen und internationalen Wettbewerbsanalysen, Präsentationen, Battle-Cards und Schulungen
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen, Erneuerbare Energien, oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Produktmanagement für Halterungssysteme
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgezeichnete Projektmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten und hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen in maßgeschneiderte Lösungen mit eigenen Ideen und Ansätzen unternehmerisch umzusetzen
  • Teamplayer mit hoher Kundenorientierung
  • Sie agieren auf Basis eines Wertesystems in dem Ehrlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Wertschätzung einen festen Platz haben
