Welche Aufgaben kommen auf Sie zu?

Als PR Coordinator (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie die PR Managerin in allen relevanten Projekten, mit Fokus auf:

  • Vorbereitung, Organisation und Durchführung von Fotoshootings & Events
  • Organisation von Presse-Shootings inklusive Klärung aller versicherungsrelevanter Fragestellungen
  • Bearbeitung alltäglicher Anfragen und Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der PR Managerin
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Pressereisen
  • AnsprechpartnerIn für die Journalisten und der Fachpresse zu allen Produktanfragen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und unserem Headquarter
  • Erstellen von Reportings & Unterstützung bei administrativen PR Tätigkeiten
  • Recherche von Themen und Inhalten für die Pressearbeit

Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?

  • Abgeschlossenes Studiums und idealerweise Abschluss eines PR Volontariats im Mode/Lifestyle-Bereich oder erste relevante Berufserfahrungen
  • Entrepreneur Mind Set & hohe kommunikative Kompetenz
  • Begeisterung für neue Medien und digitale Technologien
  • Eigenverantwortliches, ergebnis- und serviceorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Teamplayer mit Organisationsstärke und Flexibilität
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
