Im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung in Festanstellung suchen wir für ein produzierendes Unternehmen in München aktuell einen Lead Operation Controller Global (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung des Produktionscontrollings an allen Standorten
  • Koordination und Erstellung von Budget (P&L, Bilanz, Cashflow) für die Werke
  • Durchführung und Koordination von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Ad-Hoc-Auswertungen
  • Erarbeitung und Initiierung von Maßnahmen zur Erreichung von Umsatz- und Profitzielen
  • Koordination, Aufbau und Optimierung des Operation Controlling (Methodik, Prozess, Analyse-Tools) und Setzen von Standards
  • Unterstützung der Standort-Controller bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragen und Controlling-Entwicklung
  • Reisebereitschaft 2-3 mal jährlich zu anderen Produktionsstätten
Ihr Profil:
  • Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder Unternehmensführung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Controller oder Business Analyst in einem internationalen Produktionsunternehmen
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Koordination verschiedener Standorte wünschenswert
  • IT-Kenntnisse: MS Office (insbesondere Excel), ERP, Konsolidierungssoftware, Reportingtools/BI
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
