The Global Fleet and Product (GFP) team is dedicated to delivering the vehicles and services that empower Amazon to enhance customer satisfaction through our last-mile delivery operations.
- Establish, prioritize, and strategize Electric Vehicle initiatives and projects.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring delivery meets quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate across various departments, including Research & Development, operations, and product management.
- Engage with a diverse array of external partners, from established automotive manufacturers to innovative startups.
In this role, you will spearhead the implementation of innovative, data-driven transformations within Amazon, leading projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Your strategic insight will be crucial in formulating and executing effective project plans.
We leverage creative problem-solving and continuous improvement strategies to ensure millions of products reach our customers seamlessly.
Our objective is to optimize the delivery experience for our customers while rolling out global solutions for our latest services.
Additionally, our delivery personnel collaborate with Amazon Flex, a network of independent delivery contractors. Each year, we strive to elevate customer satisfaction through new and inventive delivery options.

Qualifications- Proven experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Automotive Engineering, or Product Management Leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel or similar systems.
- Advanced academic degree.
- Experience with automotive manufacturers or leading suppliers.
- Background in electric vehicle product management, engineering, or testing.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Experience in utilizing data or qualitative insights to guide business decisions.
- Track record of leading new or startup-related initiatives where processes need to be established and refined.
