Dein ImpactAls Senior / Staff Product Manager spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung unserer Produktvision und -strategie, um zukunftssichere Lieferketten im Mittelstand - dem Rückgrat der europäischen Wirtschaft - zu schaffen. Du agierst an der Schnittstelle zwischen Produktmanagement, UX Design und Softwarentwicklung und koordinierst sowie verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Software - von Konzeption über Testen bis hin zu Umsetzung im Produkt. Du identifizierst Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und stellst sicher, dass unsere Software nah am Tagesgeschehen entwickelt wird und Mehrwert für unsere Kunden bietet. Außerdem hast du eine signifikanten Impact auf die Entwicklung unserer Organisation in Sachen Prozesse und Strukturen hin zur einer exzellenten Produktorganisation.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Produktvision und -strategie: Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung einer umfassenden Produktstrategie sowie Ausgestaltung einer langfristigen Produkt-Roadmap
  • Kundenorientierte Priorisierung: Priorisiere Produktideen im Einklang mit unserer Produktstrategie basierend auf quantitativen Daten und qualitativen Feedback, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Produkt Mehrwert für unsere Kunden stiftet
  • Produktpositionierung: Positioniere unser Produkt im Markt, dadurch dass du unsere Alleinstellungsmerkmale im Einklang mit aktuellen Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen hervorhebst
  • UX / UI Kollaboration: Arbeite eng mit unserem UX/UI Team zusammen und koordinieren Sie die Product Discovery, indem Du Ideen validierst und sicherstellst dass wir relevante Lösungen für unsere Kunden entwickeln
  • Tech Kollaboration: Arbeite mit unserem Tech Team an zusammen, um neue Features zu testen und unsere Engineers für die Umsetzung zu empowern
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Kommuniziere mit Stakeholdern innerhalb sowie außerhalb der Organisation, um Hypothesen zu entwickeln und zu testen
  • Organisation & Struktur: Etabliere Prozesse und Strukturen, um bessere Produktentscheidungen zu treffen
Dein Profil

Was du mitbringst

  • Du bist motiviert, etwas von Grund auf aufzubauen, und hast Lust selbst anzupacken
  • Du hast bereits mehr als 2-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im B2B SaaS Umfeld, und bist ambitioniert eine exzellente Produktorganisation aufzubauen
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in einem dynamischen, ambitionierten Umfeld (z.B. gutes VC-backed Startup, sehr gutes Tech Unternehmen)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer Skalierungsphase eines erfolgreichen Startups oder eigene Gründungserfahrung
  • Du begeisterst dich für industrielle Unternehmen, den Mittelstand und Supply Chains - einem der komplexesten ungelösten Probleme unserer Zeit.
  • Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und idealerweise einen technischen Hintergrund
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit einem interdisziplinären, vielfältigen und internationalen Team zusammen
  • Du besitzt starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im englischen und deutschen, sowohl schriftlich als auch verbal
