About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at SIXT Germany. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps and backlogs to drive business outcomes and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer journeys and pain points to inform product decisions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and initiatives
  • Communicate product plans and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership
Requirements
  • Several years of product management experience, with a focus on customer-facing digital products
  • Proven track record of leading product initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Excellent English communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a global team
