At Showpad, we're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and roadmap for our Level 2 Sales Content Management (SCM) use cases. As a key member of our product team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features, gathering and prioritizing product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive product initiatives and EPICs, aligning with Showpad's objectives and customer needs.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Level 2 SCM use cases, identifying opportunities for innovation through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, conduct user interviews, and validate product assumptions through continuous product discovery activities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, developing business cases and recommending improvements based on customer and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure and evaluate product performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
