Einleitung

Das sind wir

Wir gestalten aktiv den Wandel in der Bekleidungsindustrie mit. Aber nicht nur unsere Produkte sind großartig, auch unser Team Gemeinsam wollen wir viel erreichen und miteinander wachsen.

Aufgaben

Als Praktikant:in (all genders) im Bereich Customer Success kommunizierst du liebevoll und persönlich mit unseren Kund:innen.

Du bearbeitest Anfragen per E-Mail, Chat, Telefon und Social Media und bist der/die erste Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen. Für Fragen aller Art rund um Bestellungen und unsere Produkte stehst Du jederzeit zur Verfügung. Hierbei ist es deine Aufgabe, die Kund:innen zu begeistern, freundlich zu informieren oder an die entsprechende Expert:innenstelle weiter zu vermitteln.

Kaum eine:r wird also das Feedback unserer Kund:innen besser kennen als Du Mit Dir und diesem Wissen wollen wir langfristig Zukunftsstrategien für den Service und die Produktentwicklung ausarbeiten.

Weiterhin gehört das Ordern- & Retourenmanagement (u.A. Gutschriften erstellen, Ordern anlegen etc.) zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben, hierfür arbeitest du regelmäßig in unseren Systemen.

Anforderungen
  • Du steckst mitten in deinem Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Textil- und Bekleidungstechnik o.Ä.
  • Du kannst mit einem sehr guten Kommunikationsgeschick, Sprachgefühl und großer Textsicherheit punkten
  • Du bist offen & hast Spaß an direktem Kund:innenkontakt
  • Du interessierst dich für nachhaltige Themen, Mode und Lifestyle-Trends
  • Textilwissen wäre außerdem klasse ;)
  • Du besitzt eine sehr selbstständige, organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und überzeugst durch großes Engagement
  • Du bist neugierig, lernst gerne und schnell
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Officeprogrammen (vorallem Excel)
  • Du hast 3-6 Monate Zeit
  • Du kannst bestenfalls ab sofort

Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in und möchtest ein Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen deines Studiums oder ein freiwilliges dreimonatiges Praktikum absolvieren.
