Genau, der Mikrochip - das Herzstück eines jeden elektronisch gesteuerten Systems. Rund 80 Prozent aller Mikrochips weltweit werden mit ZEISS Technologien gefertigt. ZEISS ist Technologieführer im Bereich Halbleiterfertigungs-Equipment. Mit hochpräzisen Lithographie-Optiken, Photomasken-Systemen und Lösungen für die Prozesskontrolle ermöglicht ZEISS die Herstellung von immer kleineren, leistungsfähigeren und energieeffizienteren Mikrochips - und prägt so mit seinen Innovationen das Zeitalter der Mikro- und Nanoelektronik entscheidend mit.

Dann unterstützen Sie uns als Gruppenleitung Quality Assurance & CI/CD for Software (m/w/x) im Bereich Digital Processes & Solutions bei der Entwicklung von vielfältigen Software- und Automatisierungs-Lösungen für die Betriebs- und Messmittel unserer Produktion.
Ihre Rolle
- Sie verantworten die Weiterentwicklung des grundlegenden Software-Entwicklungsvorgehens im agilen Umfeld und der zugehörigen Entwicklungs-Infrastruktur im Bereich Digital Processes and Solutions und befähigen den Bereich damit zu einer effektiven und effizienten Software-Entwicklung
- Sie leiten die Gruppe fachlich und disziplinarisch und führen, coachen und entwickeln ihre Mitarbeitenden
- Sie gestalten abteilungsübergreifend praxisnahe Prozesse und Standards zum Software-Entwicklungsvorgehen und einem professionellen Application Lifecycle Management im agilen Umfeld
- Sie stimmen sich dabei eng mit den Verantwortlichen für einzelne Aspekte im Entwicklungsvorgehen (wie z.B. Architektur, RE, Testing) ab und supporten den Bereich in der Umsetzung der Standards
- Sie leben den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess des Entwicklungsvorgehens, auch mit unseren externen Schnittstellen
- Sie verantworten die Weiterentwicklung der im Bereich genutzten Entwicklungs-Infrastruktur in Kooperation mit der SMT IT Abteilung, etablieren mit ihrer Gruppe Good Practices für die Nutzung und supporten die Scrum Teams des Bereichs in deren Umsetzung
- Sie treiben aktiv die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Gruppe voran und etablieren die notwendigen Kompetenzen und Ressourcen
- Sie unterstützen als Teil des Führungsteams die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung
Ihr Profil
- ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z.B. (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, Physik oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung)
- mehrjährige praxisnahe Erfahrung in der professionellen Individualsoftware-Entwicklung, vorzugsweise im maschinennahen Bereich und auch bei agiler Vorgehensweise idealerweise disziplinarische Führungserfahrung
- Leidenschaft bei der Umsetzung wertstiftender und lebbarer Prozesse in komplexen Umgebungen, ein hohes Maß an Lösungsorientierung und Selbstorganisation
- Empathie und Freude an teamübergreifender Zusammenarbeit und dem Leben agiler Werte
- Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- eine sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
