ZEISS develops, produces and distributes highly innovative solutions for industrial metrology and quality assurance, microscopy for the life sciences and materials research, as well as medical technology for diagnostics and treatment in ophthalmology and microsurgery. The name ZEISS is also synonymous with the world's leading lithography optics which are used by the chip industry to manufacture semiconductor components. There is global demand for trendsetting ZEISS brand products such as eyeglass lenses, camera lenses and binoculars. ZEISS consists of four segments: Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Quality & Research, Medical Technology and Consumer Markets.

The Opportunity

The business has a unique opportunity to realign business processes globally and make the entire Group ready for the future. Today, around 14,000 employees work with existing SAP ERP systems. They call up over 50 million transactions every month.

ZEISS aims to standardize and regularize different ERP systems, from numerous companies across the entire Group during the changeover from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA (FIT4). The goal is to be as close as possible to the SAP standard and to harmonize processes across all segments and countries wherever it makes sense, focusing around: Efficiency, Effectivity, Speed, Flexibility & Compliance

The project is as exciting as it is complex. FIT4 is an essential lever in implementing the Company's #agenda25.

The Role

The Head of Business Process Excellence EMEA Hub (f/m/x) shall lead and manage overall responsibility for SAP S/4 HANA developments of all legal entities in Fit4 EMEA region, coordinate and supervise multiple related resources, drive key decision-making to support the high-quality of Fit4 project implementation.
