Your Role The Team Lead Global IT Portfolio Management & Support (f/m/x) shall lead and manage a team of experienced project portfolio management and Backoffice team members in different ZEISS locations and regions within the Corporate IT. In that role, the Team Lead has the task to coach and develop the global team members and is responsible for the preparation of recommendations for management regarding prioritization, resource allocation and processing sequences, taking into account strategic guidelines, resource situation and project performance on a global level.Prioritizing group wide IT initiatives based on strategic goals and resource availability • you will support the complete and global IT demand process - from quality assurance of submitted demands, moderation of the decision-making committee to documentation of decisions Efficient management of the demand, planning and budget process Preparation and implementation of regular IT portfolio meetings Hold regular 1:1s, feedbacks, and growth conversations to plan and support career development, including coaching and mentoringYour ProfileMaster’s degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics or project managementProfound professional project management experience and proven track-record in the introduction and further development of IT portfolio managementProfound knowledge of agile methodologies and agile scaling frameworks, preferred with certification in e.g., Scrum Master, IPMA/GPM, SAFe, PMI, Prince2Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent understanding of processes and connections in project, program, and portfolio managementStrong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problemsExcellent knowledge and skills in project portfolio management and controlling (budgeting, KPI, resource allocation, reporting)Proficiency in both German and English, with strong negotiation skills Oberkochentime typeFull timeposted onPosted 14 Days Ago2 Locationstime typeFull timeposted onPosted 30+ Days AgoOberkochentime typeFull timeposted onPosted 30+ Days AgoJoin us today.
