Ihr Beitrag
- Sie gewährleisten einen hohen Qualitätsstandard in den Abteilungen Produktion, Logistik und Einkauf am Standort Wolfenbüttel
- Sie leiten den Qualitätsbereich fachlich, sowie disziplinarisch
- Sie verantworten die lokalen QM-System Maßnahmen zur Aufrechterhaltung des Zertifizierungsstandes
- Sie sorgen für die Planung, Umsetzung und Bewertung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Prozessfreigaben auch bei der Einführung neuer Produkte und Bauteile
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung und der Qualitätsprozesse
- Sie führen abteilungsübergreifende Sonderprojekte durch und arbeiten mit den angrenzenden Matrix-Bereichen des Konzerns zusammen
Ihre Erfahrungen und Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder Ähnliches oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanten Weiterbildungen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktion oder Qualität, sowie Führungserfahrung
- Hohes Maß an Methoden- und Fachkompetenz in den gängigen Qualitätsmanagement-Tools
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
