Global Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Senior Product Manager to join our team at Mast-Jägermeister. As a key member of our Global Brand Marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our global portfolio of target group-oriented perfect serve market solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for the global portfolio of tap machines and cooling solutions
  • Manage projects from project brief to market-ready product, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize tap machine-related processes
  • Ensure product conformity and quality management to guarantee global product conformity
  • Develop and implement after-sales processes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in Business/Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related further education
  • Many years' experience in a comparable position at international companies, preferably for electrical/technical goods or FMCG
  • Strong skills in stakeholder and process management, as well as process optimization
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of business and technology
  • Experiences in leading intercultural and interdisciplinary project teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
  • MS Office skills, as well as SAP and Workfront as an advantage
