As a Salesforce Business Analyst (f/m/d) you will be part of the Salesforce Digital Transformation Section. You will support the automotive sales process by delivering success through customer business analysis and IT service implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitating communication between the sales product owner and the digital team to ensure alignment in product and process designs, requirements, maintenance, operations, and new developments.
- Modeling automotive Sales/CRM processes, documenting current and future states to identify improvement opportunities and optimization.
- Developing and documenting functional design specifications for the systems and solutions required for the project.
- Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders and reporting on the project's progress.
- Planning and providing user education and training on automotive processes or new systems.
- Bachelor of information technology degree/Business Administration or comparable qualification
- 3-4 year of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Technical Skills: Strong background with Salesforce - Primarily with Marketing Cloud experience and Sales and Service Cloud as secondary skill
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, sales/CRM journey, supply chain processes is crucial for making informed recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex problems, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective presentation skills and communication with diverse stakeholders, from developers and product owners to business leaders.
- Skills for gathering, documenting, and managing requirements.
- Strong documentation skills and reports preparation
- Very good English language skills - German and Korean will be considered as a plus.
