Digital Analyst

As a Digital Analyst at Hyundai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our digital initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with external partners, ensuring proper collaboration to deliver high-quality services. You will also coordinate workflows with internal interfaces to support shared planning and mutual understanding, as well as coordinate and participate in various IT projects.

Handle day-to-day collaboration and cooperation with internal and external partners to ensure a positive experience with qualified delivery
- Clarify European market requirements for website data ingestion and utilization
- Document market requirements in the provided application
- Support local data analysts or business units to guide, exchange, and align on web data collection and utilization
- Apply and ensure trendy and up-to-date features to unleash the full potential of customer online behavioral information
- Increase accuracy to ensure the quality of digital data collection
- Troubleshoot digital data-related issues with partners and vendors
- Manage and update the cookie list of European brand websites

University degree (Bachelor/MBA, etc.)
Minimum 3 years' experience in a related position or specialization
Familiarity with Web Technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks
High level of proficiency in Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Platform
Certification of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Cloud
Collaborative mindset - Strong teamwork, communication with stakeholders in various organizations
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative/teamwork mindset
Proficiency in MS Office is required
Proficiency in English (both written and oral) is required
